12 ounces canned white meat tuna, packed in water, drained and flaked
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 piece red onion, finely chopped
⅓ – ½ cup dried fruit such as raisins, golden raisins, cranberries, cherries
2 tablespoons curry powder
4 – 6 tablespoons mango chutney
4 – 6 tablespoons Hellman’s mayonnaise
½ cup slivered almonds, lightly toasted
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Mix flaked tuna with celery, onion, dried fruit in glass bowl.
Stir in curry powder and stir then mango chutney and mayonnaise.
Before serving, sprinkle toasted nuts and chopped cilantro on top.
